Now this is what you call a true comeback and some really good press promotions. Looks like Martha Stewart is coming out on top even after all of the bad press publicity with the SEC a few years ago and also having to go to jail!
Martha earned more than $2 million dollars last year and thanks to a promotion Stewart will be allowed to film her television shows at any of her homes. Martha’s homes include locations in Bedford, Mt. Desert Island, and East Hampton.
Contract Agreement Terms:
Pursuant to the Intangible Asset License Agreement, the Company will pay an annual fee of $2 million to the Licensor over the 5-year term for the perpetual, exclusive right to use Ms. Stewart’s lifestyle intangible asset in connection with Company products and services and during the term of the agreement to access various real properties owned by Ms. Stewart.
