Louis Vuitton LV Aventura

Dimension One, a construction management firm based in the Southeast, has recently built the new Louis Vuitton (LV) Aventura – a high-end retail store that promises a lavish experience and unique destination for brand aficionados. While all the LV brand stores are beautifully designed, this particular one is a Louis Vuitton Maison, an extremely unique concept store. The Maison concept is a well-known experience to the Louis Vuitton elite; it brings art and culture together for the worldly and cultivated shoppers.

Dimension One (D1) was selected for their wealth of experience and passion in building high-end retail destinations. Once the brand designs were finalized, D1’s most skilled professionals completed the extraordinary build-out in less than twelve months. The stunning 18,000 sq. foot Louis Vuitton Aventura store includes the finest of personalized and unforgettable details, from the solid surface construction of the LV logo that is displayed in the front store window to the parchment plaster walls that give an understated air of elegance. The exterior of the Louis Vuitton store features a special lightweight concrete based material that features the brand’s signature LV pattern that makes a lasting first impression.

Some of the unique design components included:

  • A two-story grand staircase made of multiple radius curves, polished stainless steel and glass. The handrails are wrapped in Louis Vuitton’s nomad leather and the staircase took ten months to design and build.
  • Acid-etched stone floors that D1 and Louis Vuitton hand-selected in Asia.
  • The Women’s ready to wear (known as the “Women’s Universe” section), includes special design elements, including an amber onyx runway that creates an exceptional fashion experience.
  • Unique, one-of-a-kind builds that include a Louis Vuitton bag bar that women can customize for their individualized taste, a watch and fine jewelry area, and an expansive “Made to Order Shoes” section for men.
