It may be true that Google has an answer for everything! Google introduces Knol their version of Wikipedia, with a big difference, Google authors can get paid for their work!
Similar to Wikipedia, but with some differences Knol allows people to add articles and every Knol article will have a primary author, who can also elect to become a verified subscriber. The authors will be able to earn money through Google AdSense program, which many bloggers earn money using this program also. Authors may select to participate in the AdSense program at their discretion, but who does not want to get paid for their work?
I did say that authors will be allowed to get paid right? Well, Google also wants the authors to approve changes made by others. This is their answer to help with abuse which is a common problem of Wikipedia.
