Everyone is terrified of the swine-flu and how it will impact their day-to-day lives. Until now there has been no real plan to educate the public on the nature of the seriousness of swine-flu. However, the media has done an excellent job of making us all think that we were going to die today from swine-flu possibilities.
Over the week-end President Barack Obama declared the swine-flu outbreak a national emergency. The hopes were to ease the way doctors and health care facilities will respond elevating a sense of urgency. This will encourage quick call to action as the number of illnesses grows and vaccine deliveries are delayed.
