Maybe now Michelle Williams is starting to see how former Destiny’s Child members she replaced may have felt. Before Michelle joined Destiny’s Child in 2000 along with Farrah Franklin who later quit the group, original members replaced were LaTavia Roberson and LeToya Luckett who started in 1997.
While Michelle Williams’ third solo album was originally due out last month, now her album, “Unexpected,” will arrive Oct. 7 via Music World Music/Columbia. To make matters worst, Beyonce is now planning to release two singles on Oct. 7, the first being “If I Were a Boy” and the other titled “Single Ladies.” Which Beyonce will release her third solo album on November 18.
This time Williams’ is staying away from her gospel roots in favor of contemporary pop and dance tracks, featuring collaborations with producers Jim Jonsin, Rico Lowe, Wanye Wilkins, Andrew Frampton and Stargate.
Are these Destiny’s Child stars ready for a faceoff? Does Williams even stand a chance against Beyonce Knowles?
