Don’t call it a political comeback, the truth is we really don’t know what to call it. One thing for sure, Former U.S. Secretary of State General Colin Powell is making a lot of publicity buzz surrounding himself. Powell recently crossed party lines and endorsed Sen. Barack Obama for President over Sen. John McCain.
Now Powell is going for a Gangsta approach, not really but he is rapping and not necessarily Gangsta Rap! He recently performed an impromptu hip hop dance while speaking at a festival celebrating African music and fashion.
Speaking at the festival at London’s Royal Albert Hall, he said: “I stand before you as an African American. Many people have said to me you became Secretary of State of the USA, is it still necessary to say that you are an African American or that you are black, and I say yes, so that we can remind our children.”
