This is an opportunity for retailers to turn up the volume and express their PR creative images. My pick for the best dressed window goes to Bloomingdales who remembered to remind us JUST how fun Christmas really is. A great PR campaign to make luxury shoppers want to spend money! Have fun, live life for today is what this campaign says to me. Stop worrying about the recession because right NOW is time to have some good old holiday fun.
