When we watch Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta we learn about the posh lifestyles that the women supposedly live. However, recent reports have exposed the women for NOT being able to cover the tab for their luxury lifestyles.

Our latest Real Atlanta housewife exposed is everybody’s ultimate favorite, NeNe Leakes. Looks like NeNe can now relate to many homeowners losing their homes, as she JUST got evicted from hers. According to NY Daily The Gwinnett County court said Mr. Leakes owed $6,240 in back rent and “would move by September 14 because they could no longer afford the house,” according to the notice, which was filed Sept. 24.
The home was purchased for $829,400 in September 2006 and is owned by Kajani Shenaz Ali, who lives overseas. The Leakeses moved in shortly after it was built and have remained there since.
Another Real Atlanta housewife on the show sweet Lisa Wu Hartwell has had financial troubles herself. Surfacing around the Internet are Lisa’s bankruptcy documents which she filed in 2007. The media is making a big joke out of all of Lisa’s aliases. Reportedly, she has gone by Sharon Millette Wu, Sharon Lisa Sweat, and Lisa Wu-Sweat. However, today she is Lisa Wu Hartwell.

It gets even better or maybe worst for Bravo. Real Atlanta housewife Sheree Whitfield brags about not keeping a budget but maybe she should. According to celebrity blogger Sandra Rose, Whitfield could not cover a $386 check that bounced for a birthday cake. Rose reports that Whitfield would most likely be sued in small claims court for the debt owed.

Did Bravo pass off a set of wealthy housewives fakes? It worked because The Real Housewives of Atlanta has been more successful than both Orange County and New York. Averaging a total of 1.3 million viewers over seven episodes, reunion episode drew a whopping 2.8 million viewers.

Is this risky business for Bravo, could presenting something that is not true damage their entire The REAL Housewives franchise??
