The Prime Fraction Club, the first Brazilian club for sharing luxury goods such as planes, helicopters, boats and sports cars, received its latest aircraft on June 4, the Phenom 300, an executive jet made by Embraer. The investment for the purchase of this asset was R$ 25 million.
The Phenom 300 delivered to Prime, which seats eight people, is the 500th aircraft of the Phenom family delivered by Embraer, making it a milestone for the aviation company. One of the shareholders of the yacht delivered to Prime is BRF, a Brazilian conglomerate in the food products industry.

“The arrival of the Phenom 300 is an important moment for the two companies, ” observes Marcus Matta, President of the Prime Fraction Club. For his part, Marco Tulio Pellegrini, President of Embraer Aviacao Executiva [Embraer Executive Aviation], says that the delivery of 500 Phenom jets in the slightly more than five years the aircraft has been flying demonstrates the company’s commitment to bring to market differentiated products and excellence of service, and notes that it is a source of great satisfaction to have the Prime Fraction Club as the owner of this special aircraft.
For the Prime system of operation, the Phenom 300 will be shared by the three partners who purchase a share of the plane. The value per share is US $3,677,000 – and it is possible to arrange financing – while there is also a monthly maintenance tax, as well as an additional fee per hour flown.
Prime expects to buy two more planes from the manufacturer by 2015 to meet the growing demand in Brazil for shared property, and replace the fleet models that have seen five years of life. “The arrival of the new aircraft at the club is a demonstration of the growth of this ownership model in Brazil,” Matta concludes.
