Recently, Woodbridge Luxury Homes of California announced that it is developing an 18,000 square foot contemporary complex in the Trousdale section of Beverly Hills. The complex is being designed by renowned Los Angeles architect Noah Walker of Walker Workshop.

The single-family mansion will be set on a one-acre hillside parcel on Carla Ridge and is expected to list in the $60 million price range. Once completed, the open-concept home will feature nine bedrooms, a wine cellar, and several infinity pools.
Walker may be best known for the Oak Pass House, dubbed one of the most remarkable homes of 2015. The Oak Pass house, also in Beverly Hills, sits on two levels spanning 8,000 square feet. The home stands atop a hill overlooking Los Angeles, and was carefully embedded into the trees and topography of its plot.
Woodbridge Luxury Homes recently announced the sale of a 6,500 square foot Hidden Hills equestrian ranch to entertainer Miley Cyrus for $5 million and a $4.15 million sale of the former Los Angeles home of actress Peggy Lipton, of Mod Squad fame. Lipton purchased the property in 1998 and sold it to Woodbridge Luxury Homes earlier this year.
Woodbridge Luxury Homes of California is very active in the purchase, renovation, and ground up development in the Sherman Oaks, Beverly Hills and Bel Air neighborhoods.
