“Could this be the future of luxury real estate offerings?” Baird & Warner has introduced a new real estate concept based on providing its broker associates with the resources to conduct their business on their mobile device, while offering a specially designed office space for client meetings. Called the Baird & Warner Mobility Hub, this office concept launched in Hinsdale.
Broker associates affiliated with the Baird & Warner Mobility Hub in Hinsdale will use a variety of web- and cloud-based platforms to access important websites using single sign-on technology. Contracts, documents and signed paperwork will be available remotely through Baird & Warner’s agreement with DocSign Transaction Rooms. This new concept will be launched in Hinsdale, allowing Baird & Warner to expand its presence in one of the leading luxury markets in Chicagoland.
