Looks like Americans are happy with and receiving the message for change surrounding Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama! He raised $52 million in June, up from $22 million in May. Republican John McCain’s June take was $22 million.
Obama and the party have also all but caught up to Republican standard-bearer John McCain and the Republican National Committee in the amount they have available to spend. Get ready for a campaign spending war to claim the prize for president.
