I guess in a recession people will do just about anything to bag a book sale! However, airing dirty marital affairs is SO outdated and even Oprah should know better. Actually, I am really surprised that Elizabeth Edwards would even participate in such a bad PR publicity stunt.
According to the AP, Harpo Productions (O’s company) released an advance excerpt that will air Thursday on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” which Winfrey asks Edwards, “Are you still in love with him?”
The media is exploding because Mrs. Edwards tells Oprah that it’s a “complicated question” if she still is in love with her husband.
This is really a bad PR move and Elizabeth Edwards is a strong, beautiful and courageous woman. We wish you all the best Elizabeth, truly.
