According to a post on The Wealth Report blog written by Wall Street Journal’s Robert Frank a discovery has been found that spending money on luxury items you don’t need is good for your health. Now, I will shop to that!

The research by Anat Keinan, an assistant professor at Harvard Business School, and Ran Kivetz, a professor of marketing at Columbia Business School, polled various groups on whether denying themselves instant gratification from making purchases of various luxury goods contributed to a sense of well-being or regret over time.
