The approximately 2,000-square-foot residence is now under construction on the 37th floor of luxury hotel The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta, a haven of luxury living in the heart of the city’s fashionable Buckhead area. This gorgeous setting is the centerpiece of a grand prize package valued at over $1 million to be awarded this fall.

Decorated by interior designer Lindsay Pumpa, the fully furnished HGTV Urban Oasis 2014 features two bedrooms and two and one-half baths, separated from the rest of the home so that it doesn’t feel like a typical high-rise residence. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the unit in natural light. An approximately 300-square-foot east-facing terrace opens to a panoramic view of Stone Mountain, the world’s largest exposed granite face.
The HGTV Urban Oasis 2014 sweepstakes opens for entries August 28 and runs through October 10. One randomly selected entrant will receive the furnished residence, the All-New 2015 Acura TLX and $50,000, courtesy of national mortgage lender Quicken Loans.
The winner also will enjoy signature amenities at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta, including 24-hour room service and concierge, as well as access to spa facilities, a salt-water pool and fitness center.
