The Knot Gala offers a Front Row to Fashion on TheKnot.com, presented by Maggie Sottero and Macy’s, will feature: image galleries and videos from the top runway shows; backstage interviews with renowned designers such as Ines Di Santo, Reem Acra, Pronovias, Matthew Christopher, Mark Zunino and more; hair and makeup tutorials; and trend reports. The Knot as the leading wedding brand and marketplace, continues its tradition of providing behind-the-scenes, front-row access and immediate coverage of the runway fashion shows during New York Bridal Fashion Week. The Knot will share live, real-time video through Facebook Live, plus image galleries, fashion trend articles and backstage designer interviews in near real time through editorial content on Front Row to Fashion. On October 10th, with more than 1,000 attendees, The Knot Gala continues its reign as the crowning event of New York Bridal Fashion Week. Hosted annually at the historic New York Public Library, this private event brings together top wedding professionals from across the country, joined by celebrity friends and fans of The Knot. The Knot selects some of its favorite wedding professionals to show off their talents and help create The Knot Gala with exciting, never-before-seen wedding details and entertainment. This year’s theme, developed by Strawberry Milk Events, is Fêtes des Rêves—an enchanted, whimsical party of dreams. Guests will enjoy a Ladurée Pop Up Patisserie, Noir Gastronomy culinary experience that will delight all senses, formal portrait lounge, digital and live portrait sketches, and live entertainment from ballerinas, aerialists, electric violinists and more. The Knot Gala will also feature a VIP lounge where guests can try on diamond jewelry from Macy’s.

In addition to providing a behind-the-scenes look at Bridal Fashion Week for brides across the country, The Knot is connecting designers with retailers through The Knot Couture Show. More than 100 bridal brands will exhibit at The Knot Couture Show from October 8 to 9 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and October 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City. The Knot Couture Show engages, matches and connects the bridal industry by bringing together top wedding gown designers and retail buyers for a first look at the latest collections. This year will feature runway shows by Allure Bridals, Maggie Sotteroand Watters, and the latest collections from Jasmine, Moonlight Bridal, Paloma Blanca and Sincerity Bridal by Justin Alexander, among others.
