If Sen. Barack Obama selects Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton it would be more than a long shot. According to Politico, Obama’s team has never even vetted Clinton for consideration of VP.
Citing, “She was never vetted,” a Democratic official reported. “She was not asked for a single piece of paper. She and Senator Obama have never had a single conversation about it. How would he know if she’d take it?”
I feel that should Obama offer Clinton the VP slot, she would TAKE IT! However, this information confirms that Hillary is not even in the running.
