Looks like Sienna Miller has had it with the Paparazzi and is sending a real message to leave her alone. TrendHunter reports Sienna Miller has begun legal action against photographic agency Big Pictures (UK) Limited and its founder, Darryn Lyons.

Miller’s lawyers claim these paps are guilty of harassment and invasion of privacy, and explained to London’s High Court that Sienna Miller’s life has been made ‘intolerable’ because of a “campaign of harassment” by photographers causing her “substantial alarm, fear and enormous distress.”

The L.A. City Council is considering an ordinance that would impose a 20-yard “personal safety bubble” around those public figures in the city who are construed by the law to be “paparazzi targets.” If the proposed Britney Law is implemented, it will be the most stringent anti-paparazzi legislation of its kind to date.
