So, you want to be a “celebrity” right? What kind of celebrity brand are you? Like for instance there is Beyonce and then there is also Kim Kardashian WEST, now you “get” my point. I would have the utmost compassion for any celebrity who was illegally photographed nude without knowing. It is up to a celebrity to protect their own brand and that includes making smart integrity decisions.

The Fappening and their connection to freedom of speech is the real publishing issue. I do view every celebrity who had their nude leaked photos exposed to the world as victims in a sense. However, yet again it is up to the celebrity to also make integrity decisions. If you are interested in finding out which nude leaked photos of celebrities were distributed visit The Fappening.
Recently Gabrielle Union spoke out in outrage according to TMZ, she addresses that this issue is a “digital hate crime” for the celebrity nude photos being leaked. Along with her new husband and longtime boyfriend Dwayne Wade the two released a statement.

“it has come to our attention that our private moments, that were shared and deleted solely between my husband and myself, have been leaked by some vultures.”
“I can’t help but to be reminded that since the dawn of time women and children, specifically women of color, have been victimized, and the power over their own bodies taken from them. These atrocities against women and children continue worldwide.”
My concern is that celebrities must also accept some responsibility for their roles in taking these pictures as well. Without integrity the value of any brand will cease to sustain. Copyright does not protect ideas, titles, short phrases, names, slogans, typography, and United States government publications.
Hint, “Ideas” is the key word in this nude celebrity leaked situation.
For copyright protection to apply the individual must have exclusive rights owned or be the creator of the work. Which only the copyright owner can authorize reproductions or different versions of the work. However, because all these celebrities in this situation do openly use social media networks. This harmless pattern acknowledges that their photos may be reproduced anywhere. What does this mean? This is a “lifestyle” of acceptance for them. They willingly allow for their photos to be reproduce. So one must ask, “why” even take nude photos that you don’t want the world to see? Next time please make smart integrity decisions.
It is critical that celebrities protect their brand identity and integrity. If you would like assistance with a celebrity brand please contact MosnarCommunications.com in confidence for a complimentary brand evaluation to firstname.lastname@example.org .
