Resulting in many luxury properties being pulled off the market almost daily, reducing access to inventory for best luxury properties. There is still a major interest from buyers looking to purchase luxury properties. However, there is no resolution to connect sellers and buyers together online. 

Time Is Running Out

Many luxury buyers have already locked in their interest rates when the mortgage rates bottomed out and those interest rates are set to expire within 60 to 90 days. Once the virus becomes under control sellers will again start listing luxury properties and inventory will surge flooding the marketplace.
