No one affiliated with Jessica Hardy is returning phone calls. Looks like the Beijing Olympics maybe in jeopardy for Jessica after it has been reported by a person familiar with the test results as told to The Associated Press on Wednesday night.

The positive test doping was first reported on the Web site of The Swimming World magazine. Also the Web site nbcolympics.com reported positive substance results.

Right now, no phone calls are being returned from Mark Schubert, head coach, general manager of the U.S. team or Dave Salo, Hardy’s personal coach at Southern California.

Giving the fact that the Olympics are just two weeks away things are not looking good for Jessica. The 21-year-old swimmer can pursue appeals with both the American Arbitration Association and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. She could also appeal directly to CAS, although its ruling would be final and binding.
